Cross Country conditioning this week (August 24th-28th) will be on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 3:15pm.  Conditioning will continue in your original PODs.  Morning conditioning is at the discretion of the athlete.    

Cross Country Conditioning will begin July 27th.  All student athletes must register through Athletic Clearance and have their current physical.  Athletes must bring a bag with their own mask, water bottle and towel.  Pods will arrive on the band field at 8:00 AM at their respective cones. Each athlete will have a temperature check and questions asked
